CoSiN Innovations (Pty) Ltd was founded in Cape Town, South Africa, by three forward-thinking innovators who shared a common vision, to develop innovative, affordable technology solutions that empower African businesses to thrive through digital transformation.

We observed that many technology solutions struggled to succeed in African markets because they overlooked key realities, such as intermittent internet connectivity, limited IT infrastructure, and the demand for affordable, scalable solutions that grow alongside businesses.

Milestones since founding

March 2025

The Beginning

CoSiN Innovations (Pty) Ltd was founded in Cape Town, South Africa, by two passionate developers, Siso Sifumba and Mpumelelo Ncube. Their shared vision was to create innovative and affordable technology solutions that empower African businesses to grow through digital transformation. Their first client was Y2K College, marking the company’s first successful project and the start of a promising journey.

July 2025

The Team Expands

As demand for their services increased, Siso and Mpumelelo realized they needed an extra hand. Bathandwa Nogqala joined the team, bringing new expertise and creativity that strengthened the company’s technical foundation. With this addition, the team now had three developers, who later became the three directors of the company. Together, they worked on a project for the City of Cape Town, proving their ability to deliver professional and impactful solutions.

September 2025

Official Registration

After months of hard work and collaboration, the company was officially registered as CoSiN Innovations (Pty) Ltd. This milestone marked the company’s legal recognition and the beginning of a new era under its official name — a symbol of innovation, reliability, and progress.

October 2025

Growth in Motion

CoSiN Innovations secured a tender at Kuyasa Train Station, where the team was responsible for building and setting up a server, as well as connecting it to the security cameras across the station. This demonstrates the company’s growing technical expertise in server infrastructure, networking, and surveillance systems. At the same time, CoSiN Innovations wants to strengthen partnerships with CAPACITI and Y2K College, building long-term relationships and driving digital transformation within both the education and business sectors.
